Arrival / departure times?

The reception desk is open from 4p.m. to 8p.m. for arrivals.  It is usually not possible to welcome you earlier.  We appreciate your letting us know if you will be arriving after 8p.m. In any case, an envelope with instructions to find your room will be left on the reception counter to your attention.

Number of occupants?

For security reasons as well as to ensure comfortable usage of common areas, a maximum number of occupants (including children/toddlers) is established for each room.  This maximum occupancy must be respected.  We reserve the right to refuse access in such cases and the last-minute cancellation policy will be applied.

Children?

Children are accepted at the Auberge, within the maximum occupancy indicated for each room.  Kids 12-years old or less must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Dogs / pets?

Pets are not allowed in the inn.  However, they are accepted in the cottage.  Conditions and additional fees are applicable.  Pease contact us for more details.

Curfew?

To avoid disrupting the rest of all guests, a 10 p.m. curfew is observed in all common areas.  These include the living room, sun room, terrace and spa area.

Breakfast?

Our breakdfast is offered in a cold buffet format, proposing a variety of breads, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, muslii, etc. As much as possible, we favour local products (bread, cheese, “cretons”, fruit in season).

Wi-fi?

An excellent wi-fi signal is available in all rooms and common areas, including the terrace. Wi-fi connection is free.

Parking?

The Auberge has a large lighted parking lot.  There are no extra costs for parking.

Toiletries?

All bathrooms are equipped with a soap / shampoo dispenser.

Hair dryer?

A hair dryer is available in all rooms.

Allergies/food restrictions?

If you have special needs, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to provide alternatives that meet your needs.   

Bathrooms?

All our rooms have a private bathroom. All are equipped with a shower but some do not have bathtubs.

Room cleaning?

We refresh your room on a daily basis (empty out garbage bins, make bed, etc.) Towels/face cloths are replaced upon request only.  Linens and bathrooms are completely redone every 3 days.

Fireplaces?

All fireplaces are functional. Enough wood is provided daily to light a small ambiance fire in both rooms with a fireplace, at no extra cost.   

Spa?

Guests of the Inn have access to an outdoors spa during the summer season (June 15 to October 15 approximately).  Availability of the spa is not guaranteed.

Please note the conditions of use are posted at the Inn.

Accessibility – reduced mobility?

The Auberge being in an old ancestral home, it is not equipped with an elevator.  Most of our rooms are located on the second floor, therefore there are stairs to climb.  We do have one room on the ground floor which might be acceptable for someone for whom stairs are a problem, however, it is not possible to access the bathroom in a wheelchair.

TV?

No, there are no TVs, neither in the rooms or common areas.  People come here to relax, disconnect, recharge… contemplation of the water or fire is preferred!   

Air conditioning?

The Auberge is not air-conditioned.  Generally, temperatures are low enough in the evening to sleep comfortably with the windows open. For occasional nights that is not the case, fans are provided in all our rooms.   

Meals?

The Auberge does not serve meals other than breakfast.  Many good restaurants are located nearby.  Note that it is also possible to bring food from the grocery and eat on-site (inside or outside). A microwave is at your disposal.  During the Summer you also have access to a bbq.
