The Inn Overlooking the Majestic St. Lawrence River

Sur La C?te

Built in 1905 on a promontory overlooking the St. Lawrence River, l’Auberge Sur La Côte welcomes guests with views of the beautiful views of the cliffs at Pointe-au-Pic and the breathtaking serenity of the mighty river.

Once the Binsse family’s summer retreat, the house was transformed into one of the coziest and most romantic inns in Charlevoix. Intimate, comfortable and rustic in turn, the Inn’s rooms guarantee visitors an unforgettable stay.

L’Auberge Sur la Côte is the last true inn of the region because of its authenticity and attention to details. Visitors can see it, live it and taste it: romantic suites with private bath, a dining room dominated by a huge stone fireplace, a living room with stylish rattan furniture and a lovely glass-enclosed terrace where visitors can enjoy breakfast while basking in the glow of the mighty river, well-tended lawns...here, you’ll find warmth and beauty!

Sur La C?teYour hosts are more innkeepers than hotelkeepers: “...in my mind, it is essential that our inn has a soul, that it reflects what we truly are. A comfortable inn, honest food and innkeepers living in their great big house. That is what the inn is and that is what we offer our guests who become welcome visitors whom it is our privilege to serve...”, this is the mission of Mario Dumais.
